General / Getting Started
Love Cashback helps you earn real cash back when you shop at our partner retailers. Click through to a retailer on Love Cashback, complete a qualifying purchase, and we'll share the commission we earn with you as cashback.
Not at all. Signing up and earning cashback are completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs. A minimum balance (typically $20) is needed for withdrawals.
Just sign up with your email address, verify it, and start exploring offers. You can begin earning cashback right away.
Earning Cashback
When you click a retailer link on Love Cashback, a tracking cookie or tag confirms you came from us. If your purchase qualifies, the retailer reports it and your cashback gets recorded.
Typical reasons include:
- not clicking through Love Cashback before purchasing,
- using unlisted coupon codes,
- ad-blockers or privacy settings,
- returning/cancelling items,
- visiting another cashback/coupon site,
- or the retailer not having reported yet.
If you believe your cashback should have tracked but hasn't, please use the missing cashback claim form so our team can look into it.
Not necessarily. Certain categories, payment methods, or delivery options may be excluded. Always check the offer's terms and exclusions before you buy.
Payout / Redeeming Cashback
Once the retailer confirms your order and the returns period has ended. Timing depends on the retailer and may take a few weeks.
When your confirmed balance is at least $20, you're able to withdraw. Options typically include PayPal or a direct Canadian bank transfer.
Bank transfers generally appear from "Love Savings Group Limited" with a "Cashback" reference. We'll send you an email when your payout has been processed.
Missing Cashback
Tracking can sometimes take a few days. If nothing shows up after 30 days, submit a Missing Cashback claim with your order details and we'll look into it.
Most claims are resolved within a few weeks, though some retailers may need up to 8 weeks. We'll email you with an update as soon as we have one.
Unfortunately, not always. If tracking was blocked or the purchase didn't qualify, we may not be able to recover it. Always start your shop from Love Cashback and steer clear of unlisted codes.
Technical & Account Support
Click the "Forgot your password?" link to request a reset email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam/junk folder.
Sign in and head to your My Profile settings. For security purposes, certain changes may require email re-verification.
Double-check for a wrong password, an unverified email, or cached browser sessions. Try resetting your password or clearing your cookies.
Offers, Terms, and Conditions
Yes. Retailers may adjust or pause offers at any time. We do our best to keep rates accurate, but final eligibility is determined by the retailer's terms.
Every offer has rules covering qualifying purchases, exclusions, and limits. Be sure to review them before buying to confirm eligibility.
Safety and Privacy
We comply with Canadian privacy laws and follow industry best practices. Your data is used solely to operate Love Cashback and is never sold to third parties.
